My name is Tom. About me:

I have a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Social Work from RMIT University. I have worked in the disability industry for 25 years, including as a Social Worker, Local Area Coordinator, Personal Carer, Day Service Staff, and Residential Worker.

I also worked for National Disability Services (NDS) who are the peak body for non-government disability providers, and was previously the Community Development and Capacity Building Coordinator with LCHS for Outer Gippsland.

I am a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, and a member organisation of NDS.

With this experience and background I have a rounded approach to the role, and am confident to tackle any situation, no matter how complex. I pride myself on being caring and curious, and if I don't have knowledge on a certain situation, I will do everything I can to understand it fully. I bill my services conservatively so that your plan goes as far as it can, and always have full accountability and transparency for the time I use.
